Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is not as described

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • Customer must share clear photos/videos as proof.

Process:

  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement or process a refund (as applicable).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used products

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Hygiene-related products (if applicable)
